Pre-launch version. No public drop is active. This policy will be revised with final corporate contact details before the first campaign opens.
Information we collect
Confetio collects information you provide: first name, email, country, province or state, eligibility confirmations, consent choices and form messages. Limited technical information, such as a one-way fingerprint of an IP address, is used to prevent abuse.
How it is used
We use this information to administer entries and drops, validate eligibility, contact potential winners, answer requests, measure campaigns and send marketing only when separate consent was given.
Sharing and service providers
Confetio does not sell personal information. Technical providers and a sponsor may receive only what is needed to deliver the service or what you expressly authorized. Transfers between Canada and the United States will be assessed and described for each selected provider.
Retention and security
Access is restricted to administration. Entries are kept for the campaign, prize fulfilment, legal obligations and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymized under the retention schedule adopted before launch.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or permitted deletion of your information. Use the Contact page and select Privacy.
Privacy lead
Confetio management is responsible for personal information during pre-launch. The legal identity, title and direct contact details of the privacy lead are launch-gate items: the system will not open a drop until they are published.
Tracking technologies
The pre-launch site does not use behavioural advertising. A language preference may be stored locally in your browser. Any new analytics or non-essential technology will be documented before activation.
